Katie completed her undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Kent, where her honours project was focused on difference equations for modelling population dynamics. She aims to further explore PDEs during her time with MIGSAA then move onto an industrial project in later years. Outside of mathematics Katie enjoys playing computer and board games and well as going for walks.
