Chris holds an MMath from the University of Oxford, exploring areas in both pure and applied mathematics as well as physics, ranging from perturbation methods to quantum mechanics to differential geometry and Lie algebras. They completed their Masters dissertation on stability criteria in superfluid vortex filament dynamics. Chris hopes to learn more deeply about pure and functional analysis topics in the first year of MIGSAA. Outside of mathematics they enjoy cookery, tennis and hiking.
